Axiom has no listing on the App Store or Google Play; you install it by adding axiom.trade to your home screen, which takes two taps and gives you a full-screen icon with the same account and wallet you use on a laptop. In Safari, open axiom.trade/@tradenow and create the account there. The link carries the invite code, so the discount is attached before you install anything.
Use the square-with-arrow button in Safari's toolbar. Recent versions of Chrome on iOS offer the same option under their own share button.
Scroll the share sheet, choose Add to Home Screen, keep the name Axiom and confirm.
The icon launches Axiom full screen. Log in once more if it asks; the session then stays in that app.
Chrome treats axiom.trade as an installable app because of its manifest. Open axiom.trade/@tradenow, sign up, then open the three-dot menu and pick Install app, or Add to home screen on older versions. Chrome may also offer an install banner by itself. Other Android browsers, Samsung Internet and Edge among them, have a similar add-to-home-screen option. The result is an icon in your app drawer that opens straight into the terminal, and nothing is downloaded from outside the browser.
On Windows, macOS or Linux, Chrome and Edge show a small install icon at the right end of the address bar while you are on axiom.trade. Installing puts Axiom in its own window with its own dock or taskbar icon, which is handy if you keep the terminal open all day and do not want it lost among browser tabs. Hotkeys work there as they do in the browser, which is the one thing a phone cannot give you.
Search the App Store for Axiom Trade today and the results include "Axiom Pro: Focus" from I.B.C. Blue Limited and "Axiom - Social Trading" from Carret Labs. Neither has anything to do with Axiom Trade, and Axiom has not published an app of its own.
An "Axiom Trade APK" shared in a group chat or on a download site is somebody's build of something. A sideloaded app can read what you type and copy, which is exactly how recovery phrases get stolen. There is nothing to sideload.

Axiom shows your recovery phrase once, at sign-up. No app, page or support agent will ever ask you to type it back. Anything that does is trying to empty the wallet.
